Probably at one time this was the cross wing to the Coach and Horses Hotel
but now is a separate tenement. 2 storeys and attics. One window range,
the 1st storey has an C18 oriel bay window, double-hung sashes without glazing
bars, and a modillion wood cornice which is carried across the
whole front. The gable has one C20 window to light the attics. The ground
storey has a C20 shop front. Roof tiled.

Nos 37, 39 and 39A, the Coach and Horses Hotel and No 43 form a group.
