House. Datestone 1712. Squared coursed limestone with pantile roof. Originally
2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C20 casements, that to ground floor
right has ashlar surround with hood mould. First floor windows under
Lincolnshire eaves dormers. Central C20 door and hood with flight of stone
steps. Ashlar gable parapet and finial to left, and ashlar parapet and brick and
stone stack, on line of party wall, to right. Left gable has first floor
unhorned sash window with glazing bars, under wood lintel. Datestone in apex of
gable. C19 and C20 extensions to rear. Interior has large open fireplace with
bressumer in room to right of entrance. First floor structure is supported by
internal timber frame.
