Rag and wool warehouse. Mid C19 with minor C20 alterations. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roofs. Single stack. Plinth, first and second floor sill bands. 3 storey. Street front has 12 windows, topped by central pediment. Ground floor has raised quoins. Centrt: has 2 plain sash windows with rusticated voussoi1~ and panelled aprons, flanked by single doors with moulded ashlar surrounds with pilasters and flat hoods, panel doors and overlights, either side 2 similar windows then single similar doors and single windows beyond. Above 12 plain sashes with rusticated voussoirs, and above again 12 slighdy smaller windows with similar lintels. Rear facade has 11 windows topped with 2 pedimented gables to right. Sets of taking-in doors to each floor at 1st, 7th and 10th windows. Remaining windows are mostly C20 with glazing bars.
