Early to mid C18 (with later and recent alterations). House and barn. Hammer
dressed stone (part rendered). Quoins. Pitched slate roof to house. Pitched
stone slate roof to barn. 2 storeys. South elevation: Mid to late C19 window
openings. North elevation: Ground floor; Single storey extension. Pitched stone
slate roof. Rubble walls with doorway and single light window. One 4-light stone
mullioned window (double chamfered) (2 mullions removed). First floor; One 3-
light stone mullioned window (chamfered) (mullions removed). East gable: Ground
floor; One 2-light stone mullioned window (double chamfered). First floor; Two
2-light stone mullioned windows (chamfered). One single light window (chamfered).
Barn: South elevation: Doorway with quoins. Doorway (part blocked). Lean-to
extension with catslide roof. North elevation: Central doorway with quoins.
One doorway (blocked). Two later single lights.
