All that remains of a larger house, originally called Ewhurst Place. C18. Two
storeys. Three windows. Painted brick. Recessed portion of two windows to west
which is of red brick on ground floor and tile-hung above. Tiled roof. Windows
with glazing bars intact, and Venetian shutters on ground floor. Small porch
with slender Doric columns.
