Cottage, subdivided, and now one dwelling. Late C17, and early C19 with C20
small addition at rear. Timber framed, and later brick, plaster rendered.
Steeply pitched thatched roof now covered with corrugated iron with ridge
stack. Probably of original lobby entry and three bay plan, but doorways date
from C19 subdivision. One storey and attic. Two dormers. Segmental arches
to two original window openings with four pane hung sashes. Each doorway has
a flush panelled door. Inside: the framing is not visible but the staircase
in the centre room is late C17 of one flight, closed string and of flat
section twisted balusters with moulded rail and a square newel with moulded
finial.
