House. C18. Limestone rubble, double Roman pantile roof with
brick stack to right gable end. 2-unit plan with late C19 rear
outshut. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Timber lintels
over all openings. C20 door below a shallow hood and 2-light
casement window, flanked by three-light casements; those to
the first floor have 2 panes to each leaf; all are probably
C20. INTERIOR not inspected. Built as part of a row including
Nos 70-74 (qv).
