C18, 2 storey, timber framed, stucco, slightly overhanging 1st floor, band
with keys over 1st floor windows. Brick plinth. Tiles. 1 casement and
2 sash windows in flush frames at 1st floor. 4 sashes in flush frames
ground floor 5-panel door, lower panel divided into 5 by staggered
diagonal rails, fielded panels. Fluted Doric pilasters, frieze with
incised geometrical pattern, fret dentil pediment. NMR photo.
