Farmhouse. Early and mid C18. Brick with C20 plain-tile and slate roofs.
Originally probably 2-unit plan, now T shape. 2 storeys with attic. Entrance
front is mid C18 and of 2-window range of casement windows under shallow arch
heads. Projecting cross wing to right has 4-panelled door on return wall with
C19 hood over and one-window range of casement windows. Brick gable parapet and
brick stacks at ridge and ends. Rear similar with gabled cross wing and C19
single storey extensions. Early C18 wing to far left of 2-window range of
casements, those at ground floor under shallow brick arches, and those at first
floor with half dormers over. Lateral brick stack and brick stack at end. Part
to left roofless at time of inspection.
