Stable block and cottages adjoining. Early-mid C18 red brick, U
plan, stable block with old tile roof and central wooden cupola.
2 storeys. 7 window, W elevation has central projecting coach
entrance with modillioned pediment and rubbed brick depressed
arch on moulded brick imposts. Ground floor sash windows are
mostly filled in; nearly square 1st floor windows are 3/3 sashes
on N and in centre. Octagonal cupola is on square base with
clock on E and W sides. Fluted round columns, modillion cornice
and copper dome surmounted by wrought iron weathervane. Plain
courtyard on E has range of 2 cottages on N and S stable range
with large, Ground floor, arched openings. This continues in
another U shaped range to the S, of one - one and a half storey
red brick outbuildings and cottages.
