Originally a fine early C19 2 storey stuccoed house, considerably altered.
4 window entrance front with high plinth, block string course, moulded
cornice and parapet with coping. Recessed sashes, glazing bars intact
(1 window bay perhaps a later addition), the ground floor windows round
headed. The entrance formerly had a 3 bay Doric porch since removed,
the curved double flight of steps, with iron balustrade, survives. The
south east garden front has 6 windows, recessed sashes glazing bars intact
with keystones over. Modernised verandah ground floor with 2 round headed
French windows. Rectangular stucco bay with cornice and blocking course,
ground floor right, has 2 rounded sashes glazing bars intact. To the
left is a balancing rectangular bay adapted from former conservatory.
