Warehouse, converted to shops with accommodation above. Circa late C18 or early C19.
Stone rubble base with brick above, the ground and first floors painted. Asbestos
slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks.
Plan: Probable warehouse occupying corner site on south west side of the harbour.
Previously used by Bray and Parken Ltd., and converted to shops on ground floor with
accommodation above in circa early to mid C20. Ground rises to rear and the premises
are built into the side of the slope with a 4-storey elevation to front and a 3-
storey elevation to rear, onto Strand Street.
Exterior: 4-storeys. Regular 3-window front. Ground rises on left and to rear.
C20 shop fronts on ground floor with segmental arched opening to left. 3 probably
C20 2-light casements to first, second and third floors.
Interior: Not inspected.
