House. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick axial stack
on left, on front slope, probably shared with adjoining property, No 9 Cross Street
(qv).
Plan: 2 room double depth plan with entrance on right, probably leading to corridor
with stair directly to rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys and basement. Regular 2-window front with C20 window to
basement on left. C19 door to right and possibly C19 2-light casement to left, both
with brick segmental arches. 2 probably replacement 12-pane horned sashes on first
floor.
Interior: not inspected.
