Late C17 or early C18 house, main range rebuilt 1810 and refronted in late C19. Two storeys and attics; T-plan with outshut in angle, and single storey kitchen range to south west. Early red brick and local brick plain tile roofs to rear, slate roof to main front range. Front facade, rendered brick with rusticated stone quoins and deeply moulded stone cornice to parapet with returns of imitation stone. Horizontal bands at eaves height and first floor. Two, flat roofed, two storey bay windows with paired, recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars. Architraved doorcase to central doorway with fluted pilasters and broken pediment, reeded margins to panelled reveals and six panelled door. Round headed fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Round headed hung sash window with glazing bars above door.

Interior has early C19 details to doors, rear windows, reeded moulding to skirting boards and ceiling cornices. Open string staircase of two flights separated by landing. Stone plaque dated 1810 in north west gable.
