Circa 1830, a compact unaltered, 2 storey, 3 bay stucco faced villa with
screen wall coach house to right. Low pitch gable end slate roof with deep
slate eaves; flanking chimney stacks with ornamental pots. Revealed glazing
bar sashes, reaching down to plinth on ground floor; central first floor
window has eared architrave. Entrance with engaged Tuscan columns, deep
entablature. Panelled reveals soffit and door to lobby. The inner door
partly glazed with side lights and consoles to cornice over. Stucco, coped
screen wall to right including segmental arched coach house doors. Rear elevation
exposed brick. Large central round headed stair light with glazing bars.
