House, now dental surgery. Early C19, with late C19
fenestration. Pink and cream mottled brick in English
garden-wall bond, on stone plinth, with painted stone doorcase
and flat timber eaves cornice; brick stacks to slate hipped
roof. 2-storey 3-window front. Front door of 6
raised-and-fielded panels, with overlight, in quoined doorcase
with triple keyblock. Windows to left on both floors blocked;
remaining windows are single-pane sashes, with painted stone
sills. Ground-floor windows have brick cambered arches, those
on first floor painted timber lintels. Left return: 2-storey
2-window front, with single-pane sashes as on Princess Road
front. Included for group value.
