GV II

Former rear wing of No.45 (qv); now house. Early C19, with
later alteration. Orange-red brick in stretcher bond; pantile
roof with coped gable and shaped kneeler and brick stack to
right. 2-storey 2-window front. Door of 6 raised-and-fielded
panels, beneath divided overlight, to left of tripartite sash
window. Similar window above, with 16-pane sash to left, and
inserted small window further left. All original openings have
flat arches of gauged brick, except that now blocked at right
end of ground floor. INTERIOR: said to be cast-iron firegrates
in rooms on first and attic floors.
