GV II

Gateway. c1873. Snecked red sandstone. Single Gothic arch
straddling Abbey Approach. The arch is double chamfered and
has hoodmould with plain stops. Flat-topped parapet with
triangular copings built in 2 courses. Matching wing walls to
each side.
