GV II

House. Early C18. Stucco with steep-pitch pantile roof and
brick stacks to gable ends. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys,
symmetrical 2-window range. A c1970 glazed door under a flat
C18 hood, is flanked by C20 two-light casements on both
floors. INTERIOR: altered and re-roofed, but both ground-floor
rooms have chamfered beams, and that to the left has a small
beam to a former fireplace.
