Church hall. c1912. Probably by J.Kelly. Red brick, painted
dressings, quoins, also to door and window openings, moulded
plinth, slate roof, coped verges. Plan: rectangular block set
gable end onto the road, adjoining St Peter's Church (qv) to
the south. Gable end with kneelers and 3-light window with
pivoted windows. Central round-arched fanlight with dentil
cornice to double doors flanked by adjoining 2-light windows,
all with linked entablature. Right return: raking buttresses
rising to eaves. Included for group value
