Farmhouse, now house. Late C18. Coursed gritstone, gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys. South elevation - three-light flush mullion windows with single pane casements, either side of doorcase with quoined surround. C20 panelled door. To east similar door with margin light sash beyond. Above similar windows in same arrangement, except mullioned windows have fixed small pane windows and central four pane casements.
