Early-mid C19 with much rebuilding after war damage. Three storeys and basement,
3 windows. Stock brick repaired using mixed bricks. Low-pitched hipped slate
roof with eaves soffit. Second floor casements, sash windows below. Cast iron
anthemion patterned guards on first floor. Banded stucco ground floor forming
voussoirs to round-arched openings. Three steps to 6-panel door, with reeded
architrave and plain fanlight, in round-arched recess. Incised stucco panels
below first floor windows. Wrought iron area cover.
