converted for garage. Plaintile mansard roof with stone slate verge.
From left to right hand on first floor, modern window, double ledged loft
door, two 3-light casements with lead glazing. Gn ground floor, 3-light
casement, double ledged door, modern garage doors.

St Swithin's Cottage, Outbuilding to South-west of Eastbury Hotel, Eastbury
Hotel and Nos 1 and 2 Eastbury Cottages form a group.
