SY 58 NE LITTLEBREDY LITTLEBREDY VILLAGE

3/143 The Old Parsonage

GV II

Former Rectory, now private residence. Mid C19. Stone walls, rendered. Slate
roof, hipped, and with boxed eaves. Brick stack at left hand ridge and at right
hand eaves, where it is C20 rebuilt. 2½ storeys. 3 windows and one insertion,
(first floor south). Ground floor (south elevation), two square bays at left
hand and centre, two C19 sashes to front of bay, hipped slate roofs. Two C20
2-light dormers with wooden casements and gabled slate roofs. North wall has a
bull's-eye window over front door with oval centre and radiating glazing-bars.
Front door has 6 recess panels, and a fanlight over with radiating glazing-bars, C19.
Wooden porch with recess-panel dado and lights with glazing-bars over. Outer door
on porch has 6 top lights. Included for Group Value.
