Industrial building, probably originally a brewery, now apartments. Early C19. English bond brickwork with half-hipped, tiled roof. T-plan with gable to road. Three storeys with attics. Central plank loft doors to end wall. Main block of four window range. C20 two and three-light casements under segmental brick heads.
