C15, with C16 or early C17 additions and large modern L plan back wing in keeping.
Timber frame, plastered, with oversailing 1st floor on left. Large red brick chimney
breast with offsets, 3 shafts. Tiled roof, flush casement windows with glazing
bars. Former hall, with 1st floor inserted later, has curved braces to frame.
Cut bracketed doorhood. VCH II p 443.
