Mid C19, rendered brick front on a probably older building. Three storeys, two windows, above late C19 shopfront. Sashes with bracketted heads on the first floor, elliptical above. Frieze between floors incised 'Implement depot'. Bracketed cornice, parapet with ball finials, tile roof not visible from street.
