NY 71 SW SOULBY MILL LANE

2/67 Hutton Lodge

House, mid C19. Coursed rubble with quoins, pebble-dashed to front. Hipped,
graduated slate roof with stone chimney to ridge. 2 storeys, 3 bays
(symmetrical). Door to central, late C19, gabled porch has pointed head; single
16-pane sash to either side. Three 16-paned sashes to 1st floor. 1st floor
west side has two narrow paired sash windows with glazing bars and segmental
heads. All windows have stone surrounds.
