Formerly known as St Anne's Church.
Built as a church in 1812, now a private house. Stone rubble, slate roof, newly boarded eaves. Blocked east window. 5 pointed arched 2-light windows with Geometric tracery. West tower with roundel, window in place of former clock face. Battlemented.

St Anne's Court, Ash Tree Cottage, Old School House, Nos 1 to 5 (consec) and Barn attached to Old School House form a group with The Cottage, Fairview Cottage, Nos 3 to 6 (consec), Raesbeck, Ltttle Beck and Ashton Cottage, Fair View Road.
