Cottage, probably late C18. Timber framed, rendered with
steeply pitched roof of corrugated iron and original ridge
stack. Lobby entry plan. One storey and attic. One dormer.
Fenestration of two hung sashes on either side of doorway, all
C19-C20. Interior: The timber framing is of slender scantling
and the main beams are boxed. Late C18 or early C19 corner
cupboard in one room. Despite the late date the cottage
preserves the three bay and lobby entry plan.
