GV II

Detached cottage. Late C17, C18 two-bay addition to north. Rubble
stone, Roman tiled roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 4-window. C20
door to right of centre in pantiled porch on posts, 2-light and 3-
light casement to right, 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned
window, 3-light casement and blocked door to left of straight
joint. First floor has two 3-light mullioned window and 2-light
and 3-light casements. Left return has 3-light mullioned window to
attic. Right return has 2-light casement to ground floor and
attic, lean-to C20 extension. Rear has 2-light and 1-light
casements, lean-to extension to left.
Interior has open fireplace with chamfered lintel with rounded
corners on stone jambs, formerly at right gable-end of C17 cottage
and now central to house, chamfered beams.
