Detached farmhouse. Dated J R 1709 on stone tablet over front door, (ovolo-moulded
frame). Banded flint and lias stone walls, with stone quoins. Slate roof, of low
pitch. C20 red brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 4 windows,
symmetrical facade, stone mullions to ground floor of 4-, 3-, 2-, 3-lights, hollow-
chamfered. No labels. C20 metal casements. First floor windows, all of 2-lights.
Front door at centre with moulded stone jambs, stopped with a straight-chamfer.
Square head, moulded. Stone label raised up. C20 plank door with one glass light.
C19 outshuts at rear, random rubble with brick dressings under a slate roof.
