Two storey cottage with stone rubble front. 3 window bays and door. 1
box dormer. Plaintile gabled roof. Modern wood casements. On first floor,
a 3-light casement at left hand end and two 2-light casements to right
hand. On ground floor, from left to right hand, a 3-light, 2-tier casement
at left hand end; a 2-light, 2-tier window; a 6-panelled door in architrave
frame; a 3-light 2-tier window.

Kingston Cottage, Kingston House, The Vines with outbuilding to South-East
form a group.
