NY 43 NE HESKET PLUMPTON STATION

Farmhouse. Late C18. Roughcast walls with eaves cornice and V-jointed quoins.
Graduated greenslate roof with kneelers; ashlar chimney stacks. 2 storeys,
3 bays and lower right-angled extension forming L-shape. C20 door in dentilled
pedimented Tuscan doorcase with vase and scrollwork in the pediment. Sash
windows with glazing bars, those on ground-floor double and that over door
without bars, all in painted stone surrounds. Left return wall and extension
have sash windows, that on ground-floor of extension C20 in enlarged opening.
