Public House called-the Sun Inn now private house. Probably late C17 with late
C18 extension. Whitewashed stone walls; extension with V-jointed quoins.
Graduated greenslate roof with squat rendered chimney stack and C20 brick
chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays with right-angled single-bay extension to
front right. 6-panel top-glazed door in painted stone architrave. Yorkshire
sash windows, some with glazing bars,and smaller sash staircase window, all in
painted architraves with traces of removed mullions. Extension has broad sash
windows, that on upper floor with glazing bars, in painted stone surrounds.
