Cottage and barn adjoining on north end. Late C17 and C19. Cottage has a C19 brick front wall, English bond and a south end wall of later C19 white brick. Timber-framing probably remains within the cottage. The end of what was probably a former tie beam is visible in the front wall. One storey and attic. Two dormers with horizontal sliding sashes, C19 and three similar ground floor windows. The barn is late C17. Timber-frame, exposed with later brick infill and original roof now covered with tin. Three bays. Short upward wall bracing. Weather-boarded at north end.
