projecting eaves. Gault brick with rusticated ground floor. Gauged
segmental brick arches to sash windows. No.4. modern ground floor bay
window. Architraved doorways. Included for group value.

Slepe House and Nos. 1 to 5 (consec) form a group with Nos. 1 to 8
(consec) Cromwell Place.
