Cottage. Late C16 with later alterations, renovated 1985. Timber-framed and plastered. Old plain tiled roof half hipped to right hand. Rebuilt ridge stack. Two storeys. Converted to two dwellings in late C18 or early C19, (cellars recently filled in). Two replacement raised-and-fielded - panelled doors, and three windows; two first floor windows include one horizontal sliding sash.

Interior: Exposed timber-frame and floor frames; C18 boxed staircase.
