Cottage, probably early C17. Timber framed, rendered on rebuilt
plinth of brick with thatched roof of long straw and ridge
stack, also rebuilt. Three bay, lobby entry plan with gable end
to road. One storey and attic, with attic storey jettied to
road. East side has one dormer and four small windows, all C20
replacements. Doorway opposite the stack. Gable end with C19
horizontal sliding sash to the attic. Storey above the jetty.
Some repairs have taken place to the framing in this gable end
wall and a new window has been inserted.
