Cottage, now two dwellings. Late C18. Timber framed, modern render and
steeply pitched roof now covered with slates. Grey brick axial ridge stack
and end stack. Two storeys. Three casements with the heads flush with the
eaves. Boarded door and adjacent casement window to no. 12. No. 14 also has
a C19 boarded door and one casement. Interior not fully inspected but No. 12
has concealed framing and a slender main beam.
