House, now shops and dwelling, c1700. Narrow red and yellow
gault brick with broad mortar courses. The bay at the South end
has been rebuilt. Original hipped roof with dentil eaves
cornice but the roof has been covered with cement tiles and the
stack has been removed. Two storeys with unmoulded band between
floors. There are segmental arches to five recessed bays, four
are now partly glazed with later casements, and one is an
original blind opening indicating possibly that the other
openings were intended to be blind. There are similar arches to
two larger horizontal sliding sashes in square heads with drip
moulds and return stops. At ground floor only part of an
original drip mould survives.
