C18 timber-framed on brick and flint plinth, weatherboarded walls, old tile roof,
gabled card entrance on south side. Lean-to on left and another lean-to with
continuous roof on north side. Single storey extension at west end.
Interior: four bays - curved braces to tie beams which carry curved principals
supporting double purlin.
