Early C19. Elevation of painted boarding grooved in imitation of stone courses, 3
window facade of 2 storeys. Slightly projecting parapet. Hipped Welsh slate roof.
Centre panelled door with rectangular fanlight over. Sash window with glazing bars.
Imitation flat stucco over windows with grooved voussoir lines.

The descriptive notes should be amended to read:

Early C19. Front elevation originally of wood grooved to imitate stone courses but now
replaced with painted weatherboarding. 2 storeys. Hipped Welsh slate roof. 3 sashes
with glazing bars intact. Central doorcase with rectangular fanlight and flush panelled
door. Renewed door surround. The south elevation has a 3-light canted tray to ground
floor. Modern extension to rear elevation and garage added to north elevation. Low
brick boundary wall with spear railings.
