House. Built in 1923 by Baillie Scot & Beresford for Sir Guy Nott
Bower. Built of brick in stretcher bond with tiled roof and 2 brick
stacks. Asymmetrical plan. Front has 2 projecting gables and 2
storeyed porch: 2 storeys 5 windows. Half-hipped ble to left with 4
light mullioned casement to 1st floor and similar to ground floor.
reccorsed section with double window. Centre 2 storeyed entrance porch
has double mullion to 1st floor and ogee-arched doorcase with impost
blocks and 3 panelled door. To the right is a gable with 3 light
mullioned window to 1st floor and 3 windows to the ground floor, the
centre are 4 -light, the other 2-light. The interior has a spiral
staircase and several plank doors.
