Two thirds of a Wealden house (on to which Nos 3 and 5 have been built). Now
as one. High pitched tiled roof with rebuilt chimney. Exposed framing with
rendered infilling. Oversailing eaves in centre supported on curved angle pieces
with concave rendered curved soffit. To right, lst floor oversailing and supported
on joist which have been boarded over.
Ground floor. 2 top glazed modern doors and square paned casement in centre.
To right, flat projecting octagon bay with square paned window.
First floor. Leaded casement in centre and sash window to right over bay window.

Nos 3 to 9 (odd) and Public Library form a group.
