These were the only 3 houses built of a square planned as part of the original
lay out of Herne Bay. Early C19. 3 storeys and basement with area stuccoed. Cornice
and parapet. 6 sashes with glazing bars intact. Ground and 1st floor windows
in moulded architrave surrounds. Iron balcony with hood supported on trellised
columns. Doorcases with Doric pilasters and projecting cornices beneath the balcony.
