Originally Barham Court Farmhouse. Timber-framed late C15 or early C16. Wealden
with hipped Welsh slate roof. Faced with painted tiles. Ends with window
each oversail on the first floor. Two windows to centre, 3 to ground, the
two outer with shutters. Door in moulded wood surround. West end has an addition
in red brick with one window.
