After 1823. Two storey house in ashlar with rusticated quoins. Shallow modillion and
moulded cornice. Slate roof with coped verges and footstones. Five windows, glazing
bar sashes, central one with architrave. Central pedimented doorpiece with Doric
columns. Gable end to west has arched window in attic and panelled door to left with
traceried fanlight.

Lower and later 2 storey wing to North with 4 ranges of 2-light mullion windows and
with arrow-head railings to road.

Small conservatory, mid C19 to East. The house includes fabric from an earlier mill
(Stratton's Mill) and was once a mill itself - see lawn on site of mill-pool and
existing waterways and tail-race.
