C16 or late C15 house, altered early C17. Timber frame, tiled roof with 2 red
brick chimneystacks of 3 and 4 diagonally set shafts. 2 storeys, oversailing
lst floor on moulded wallplate. Ground floor rebuilt with colour washed cement
rendering nearly flush with upper storey. Close vertical studding with plaster
infilling to let floor. Casement windows.

Nos 9 to 11 (consec) form a group with Three Gables. Garden Wall to Three Gables and
No 5O, Lawn Lane.
