SD 19 SE ULPHA ULPHA

23/89 Holme Cottage

II

House; probably early/mid C19. Pebble-dashed rubble on plinth with rusticated
stucco pilasters; eaves band and moulded cast-iron gutter. Hipped, graduated
slate roof with stone chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Central
panelled door and fanlight in corniced surround; sash with glazing bars to
either side and 3 above, all in stucco surrounds. Lower wing adjoining to rear
not of interest.
